The property location to Ball arena was nice. PARKING $45 should have been better disclosed that was a pain. The hotel was under construction and my room entrance was located in the middle of it. It would have been nice to know that in advance also. Finally the staff could proactivle update on the process to get power with yhe key. That took some time to figure out after a long day of driving it was frustrating.

There were homeless junkies all around the property. My room had dried blood splatter on the ceiling and walls from someone blowing out a vein while shooting up. It was also on the bed linens
