false alarm fire sirens, noise upstairs neighbor

Pros: close ness
Cons: everything
Never again with this hotel this was one of the worst extended stay hotels that we've ever stayed in. For a Hilton we were sadly disappointed. Front desk personnel acted like we were at dorm housing and wondering when the keg party was ready to start. IN our many years of traveling, especially to Denver this wasn't anywhere near the top of our stays. Please inform the future clientele that this should be low on the list of places to stay, drive a bit further and find a decent hotel to enjoy. Conrad Hilton roll over in your grave your granddaughter has finally diminished your name

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I know that fire alarms can be a big inconvenience when it is a false alarms, but the safety of our guests is our #1 priority. Best kept secret in Highlands Ranch!

Pros: The decor was very modern and geared toward today's traveler with TV's in the lobby, many outlets, pet friendly and environmentally conscious.
Cons: Adding a hot tub by the pool and hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels.
Location: The location was 2 minutes from several nice restaurants & bars, stores, a cinema and a major highway, yet tucked away enough to have a beautiful view
My boys and I drove across the midwest this summer from Mount Rushmore to Yellowstone to Rocky Mountain National Park, staying in a variety of hotels booked only a week in advance. The HOME2 suites in Highlands Ranch was almost a highlight of our trip! A brand new hotel, the atmosphere was immaculate, the staff was amazingly accommodating and our suite was fabulous! Looking only for a fridge and microwave, our suite had a FULL refrigerator, a large (overhead) microwave, dishes, garbage disposal and a dishwasher to boot! The bed was wonderfully comfortable, sheets were softer than silk, and room temp was easily regulated without a noisy air conditioner. We had access to free laundry machines, a 24-hour workout room and an indoor pool. Breakfast bar was included with a nice variety including waffles, real eggs and fresh fruit among other things. You could even sit outdoors at a patio table. For the price I almost didn't want to leave! After I returned home, they also followed up with me promptly by phone when I thought I'd left a souvenir behind.
