The room was comfortable and quiet. I slept great. No included breakfast with the room. Water is offered in the lobby but not coffee/tea. Coffee maker is in room. Website says shuttle to 5 miles. Desk staff says shuttle to 3 miles and limited hours so not a great help. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would rebook.

Dining area is too noisy. Between the loud and annoying music and the sounds from the lobby it is far from relaxing

Dear Richard, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback in regard to your recent stay with us. During the time you were here, we had several groups of guests take advantage of our communal spaces in order to play card games, and I agree that at times it became a little louder than our usual. We normally get compliments on our music selection so I am sorry to see that that you didn't find it to be relaxing. I am grateful to see there must have been some factors about our property that you enjoyed, given the 4/5 rating. If you find yourself coming back to the Aurora area, please keep in mind that we offer room service and drinks are also welcome to be brought to your room for a more peaceful atmosphere. I would have given this property a lower grade but Erin at the front desk was so amazing. She followed up on all our requests and went above and beyond, even walking my wif out to her vehicle late at night.
