Pros: The hotel staff, especially Mercedes, were all lovely.
Location: Location was excellent. Lots of shopping in a very desirable neighborhood. Beautiful community.
Stayed for 6 days. From check in to check out, all staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room and hotel were clean, up to date and very comfortable. Location was perfect.

The restaurant once had a great chef.

The hotel is fine given the location. The price is okay, but you are better served by the Ritz Carlton downtown. The Ritz is a better hotel but their restaurant is not so good. The JW had a much restaurant several years ago but the chef left. The current restaurant at the JW is mediocre at best. Might as well as dine at Whole Food down the road.

A good room for the price. The only worry is that parking isnt cheap.

Pros: Free Internet, roof top hot tubs
The hotel is clean and staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful. The room was average and the price mostly reflects the location rather than the amenities. Street level parking is non-existent so be prepared to pay for valet, which isn't cheap.

Nice & Convenient Cherry Creek

Pros: Close restaurants
Upscale, unpretentious and convenient to resaurants and downtown without being downtown. Loved it!

Great for shopping but expensive

We stayed thier so we could be close to Cherry Creek Mall. It is litterly across the street to the mall and restaurants, plus a Whole Foods a block down. The staff was very friendly and took care of everything. We did the concierge level (check mall site for discount) and that included breakfast (with hot and cold foods including cut fresh fruit and great (real) bagels) and then appitizers and deserts and drinks (top shelf and wine in the evening). The only parking is valet (at a pricey $24 per day considering its the only place to park) and the rooms are not as nice as the price listed. The bathroom was far nicer then the rest of the room. Plus they had a wedding party staying on our floor and they were very loud all night. We were traveling with our young children, they loved the breakfast and the room had gaming and video. It also has a stand alone dvd player which was great to have. No pool, which is crazy since they built the building... They have hot tubs, but not really great for kids. They also had a spa attached, I didnt go but it looked nice. Workout room was small but had nice equipment. Nice firm beds. Suggest Elways across the street for dinner...great menu and wine. Also good is Miso which was down the street, they served pizza to order (many toppings) and pasta. Restaurant in hotel is fine for the day you get there (we got in at dinner time and needed to eat)...the sandwich I ordered off the room service menu was not worth the $25 it cost me. Overall, fine if you can afford the room and parking, and not great for kids.

Great Stay

Everything was very nice. It is a little pricey, but a very well run hotel. It is a great location. Be prepared to pay an additional fee to valet park.

Great hotel. Very luxurious but you'll pay for it. Located close to everything worth visiting. Spectacular service with a smile!
