Location is awesome, very close to a lot of good places. Check in was an ordeal. They gave us keys to a room with guest still in there! TWICE!!! By the time we got an empty room it was not the one we booked. Not all the outlets worked so our devices were not properly charging. Ok stay if you just need a bed and can fall asleep with loud music playing underneath.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Great for couples as the shower glass is visible to all in the room so no privacy when showering. The only con is we stayed on st Patty’s weekend and the club was super loud. Couldn’t sleep until 2am with the noise. People were allowed to come upstairs from the club and they partied outside our room which was annoying. They should require a room key to open the elevator or have a bouncer at the elevator doors checking room keys. They also only had one flat sheet and a throw blanket that was only big enough for one person. Other than that the staff was lovely and the room was clean and beautiful.

We apologize if the nightclub was an inconvenience. We do advertise on our website and all third party booking sites that we do have a nightclub during the weekends. Sorry for the miscommunication.

Trendy hotel, but not catered to their hotel guest

The location of this room is perfect. It is very trendy and modern looking which was very enjoyable. The nightclub was not going off on the night I stayed so I had no noise issues. I did not receive any type of paperwork upon check-in and had to request a receipt twice. Between the restaurant and the bar I believe that is their main source of Revenue as they don't treat the hotel guests very warmly. Would recommend this place only at a deal not worth over two hundred bucks a night. I am young myself and didn't feel comfortable going down to the lounge bar or restaurant because it was simply filled with "regulars" again not very welcoming to the hotel guest. Location is perfect!

Night Club Below

Pros: Location
Cons: Not have the night club blasting music into all hours of the night.
Location: Very close to Union Station and right next the free 16th St Mall shuttle.
The hotel itself is nice, not elegant but functional. I was told at check in, there was music that evening but what it turned out to be was the loudest night club that my room was over. The music was so loud that the bass shook the door and rattled the door handle. I had to hang my backpack on the door handle to dampen the vibration noise. Then the party goers stood outside the front entrance on the patio area and were noisy for a few more hours. All told, I nice hotel, but you cant expect a night club to operate right underneath and not have it affect the hotel guests.
