If you haven't already booked this property, RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN. I booked this hotel for a professional conference, thinking it was a normal hotel...what a huge mistake. I was there with a colleague, and our shower was all glass, pretty much in the middle of the room so if you expect privacy...yikes. I had to ask three times to get our room serviced after the first day, and then the second day they didn't service it at all. I'm sorry but if I stayed at a Super 8 they would still service my room, at 25% of the cost. The fridge is apparently only for "chilling beverages" and if you use it for food, the food will "spoil." On Friday evening, I got back from the conference to a bouncer (had to show my hotel key to go inside) and then worst of all they had girls in only lingerie ("their uniforms") all throughout the lobby, and was kept up all night by a couple participating in the stripper party, who decided to come up to our floor so they could hear each other talk over the loud music. I left a message for the manager requesting a refund for this disgusting experience, and they did not even have the decency to call me back. It's worth every penny of extra money to go find a different hotel so you don't have to deal with this filth. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Cute little botique hotel with a hot tub in the room! Great balcony and location. We walked from the Pepsi Center and to Larimer Square for dinner. Staff was very nice.

The property was definitely unique. It was in a great location and the rooms were cute but not functional for our purposes. The showers are full glass - like an aquarium - which is fine if you're doing a romantic weekend away but for our group of friends, it was uncomfortable. The night club downstairs is interesting. I knew it was going to be there and yet it was still not what I expected. The music is loud until 2 am on the weekends. We were on the third floor and you can hear it pretty clearly. Some rooms have window unit heat/a/c and some have an actual thermostat. The room with the thermostat was very nice in comparison to the window unit that was in the room I stayed in which got too hot so we turned it off but then froze overnight. For the room itself, it is not what I expected for a 3 star hotel. The towels were awful - thin and scratchy - and the bedding wasn't very different. Nothing against IKEA for one's home, but it's an odd choice for bedding in a hotel. The shower head leaked and the water pooled but the real kicker for the shower was that the glass door didn't have an interior handle. So once you were in the shower, you had to push it out to get out but the towel hanger was behind the now-open glass door. There was a social area of some sort when you got off the elevator on the third floor which had coffee and an ice machine. The noise from an ice machine and some sort of gathering right outside your door at 2 am that you cannot escape was awful.
