Great place to stay long-term'
My family stayed here for 2 months while our house was being built and the hosts were amazing! We were made to feel welcome, yet we also felt completely separate from the host even though it was the same home. I highly recommend this property- and the location was terrific too!

Cozy Walkout Basement
Very comfortable and cozy walkout basement with private entrance. It felt like a large 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. It was very clean and coffee was provided. The listing does pop up as a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, however it was a 2 bedroom one bathroom. Communication with tenant was great as he was very polite and responsive to our questions. Beautiful neighborhood near a park and close proximity to shopping centers. All in all, great stay.

Great property and hosts.
The property is clean and comfortable and located to the east/northeast of Denver proper. It’s a residential area near a nice park and has easy access to the food and shopping you’re probably used to back home. It’s also close to a few highways and expressways so getting anywhere you want to go is a breeze. The host Samson was very helpful and communicative. As other guests have pointed out, you’re in the nice and separate basement of a family. As long as you go into the rental with the expectation of hearing people walk around above you, you’ll be good. It wasn’t a frequent concern that we experienced and never something that became a nuisance. There was one thing I didn’t see in other reviews or in the listing itself, though. They have a dog upstairs. It sounds like a small dog so you don’t hear it walking around, but it’s a protective dog and likes to express itself. There’s barking; a lot of barking. When I say a lot, I mean A LOT. Whenever the hosts are gone, the dog will bark at any noise coming from inside your rental or out. It woke us up most mornings and kept us from sleeping when we wanted a couple of the nights. Seems to stay quiet when the hosts are home and moving about upstairs. I just wanted to share because had I known about the pup, I’d have chosen a different rental. That being said, if you’re good with the dog barking, you’ll be good with this rental.

Great location
Everything was great. Great location with spacious basement apartment. Well stocked incliding washer and dryer. Loved how close it was to restaurants, shopping and grocery shopping. Being so close to the airport was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood.. Great host including prompt communication.

Three month stay for a medical procedure.
Overall our stay was very pleasant. The entire family was very nice and pleasant. They sent flowers when a sister came home from the hospital and provided a lighted Christmas tree which made the holidays more bearable especially while we were away from home and family. They also provided satellite TV which we were able to enjoy for such a lengthy stay.

Great place to stay
I really enjoyed Samson’s place. It was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The one thing I do want to point out to anyone looking into this rental is that you must understand this is a basement listing and there is a young family living above you. If you plan to stay in the home all day every day- this may not be the place for you due to the sound of the family Footsteps in the home. That didn’t bother us too bad though (there was only one day that we were both not feeling well and had to stay in) and Samson was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay
The one issue I ran into was during the check in process. The door code was sent to us a little late. However, they let us check in a couple hours before our initial time due to the activities we had planned and were super accommodating. Other than the initial hiccup, the place was very nice for its price range. Not too far away from downtown Denver. We enjoyed staying here and probably will again on a future trip.

Perfect place!
Samson's place is very close to the airport in a safe neighborhood next to tons of stores. You get the entire basement to yourself with self check-in. The place was very clean and beds were super comfy. I highly recommend Samson's place!
