The hotel is going through some renovation. No problem with that. But the office chair in our room was broken and stained

The girl at the front desk was amazing—personable, remembered us every time we came in, efficient. Rooms were fine, they are updating. Housekeeping was non-existent. Booked a 1 BR with hideabed as there were 3 adults. No sheets in the room for the bed. Coffee, towels,etc set up for 2 guests. Housekeeping didn’t come at all during our 3 day stay, so no coffee or water replenished, no additional towels. Would rate as excellent except for housekeeping. And we don’t have to have them do anything, but tell us so we know what to expect.

I had to talk to the front desk staff and request that my room be cleaned. However, none of the staff told me that that was required. Several rooms in the hallway had placed dirty towels and dishes outside their doorways.. I asked one of the cleaning crew to give me some clean mugs for coffee. She told me that they just washed the cups in the bathroom and put them back by the coffee pot. All staff members except the bartender and the cook were very rude to me.

I booked and oaid for a king suite and the hotel was not able to accommodate as there was a conference and Travelocity over booked the rooms
