The room wasn’t prepped for guests - no tv remotes, trash cans, cups or ice bucket, no guest hotel book to find local info, no room service menu, no extra blankets, no hair dryer, no washcloths or hand towels, light bulbs were missing to lamps.

It was very convenient to everything and everywhere we needed to go. It had some questionable people staying at the hotel and had to call security to deal with one of the situations...

Had a very difficult time getting my key to unlock the door, room was missing the tv remote. The hallways were very dirty which surprised me given this is a Raddison. Needed a really good vacumn.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a 3 night vacation for my birthday. We were looking forward to staying at the Radisson, as they are known to be nice hotels. When we got there, we noticed the pool was half full and extremely dirty. We asked the front desk about it, and they said it was closed for the season, but the entire time we were there it was 85 degrees. There also was no note on our reservation saying the pool would be closed. When we got up to our room, it was not as clean or nice as the photos online showed. There was a broken outlet just hanging on one wall. I was also not aware that there would not be a mini fridge and microwave in our room. The exterior of the building was not great either. The ceiling was falling in in some places. Along, with that, our keys to our room stopped working a few times and had to get new ones. After talking with another couple there, I was extremely disgusted, as they had found a mouse in their room. That is not ok! Will not return to this Radisson, or any other Radisson in the future.
