I would like a refund of the extra $36 that i paid for parking. The parking is free! But when i made the reservation on travelocity and checked the box for parking, you added it anyway! I am outraged! I want a refund now.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Genuinely friendly and helpful. 3 minute walk to Ball Stadium and 2 minute drive to 16th Street Mall, food, shopping, and activities. Awesome and worth every penny
