It was not clean and fire alarms went off at 2:30 in the morning that locked us in with a fire on the 4th floor. I asked for my trash to be taken out for stayover service and was not done and when i told the front desk my issues with my stay she was rude and then for the rest of my stay was treated like i was not there and anything i needed was not imporant to them.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality at this property. The staff sincerely treats you like you are family. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfasts and social hour meals were a wonderful addition to our stay. Property is clean and conveniently located in the city to nearby attractions and stores. Though the rooms could use some TLC in updating they were spacious and comfortable. This was a solid pick for my family and I would surely return if in the Colorado area. Thank you Staybridge Suites and Staff Also very affordable!!!

Check in was easy. Our suite was nice and clean. I was not fond of the bedding as the sheets were not crisp, they are type to cling to you when rolling over. And the duvet was not attached to the cover, so it would get lost inside and wadded up.The mattress was nice, no dips in the middle and firm but also soft on top. The pillows were fluffy and they had more than one thickness to choose from, which was nice. We like luggage stands but there were none provided, so our luggage occupied the only table space in the room. We were given a ground floor suite which we appreciated because we were traveling with a pet. But the maid service was not good. We had to ask more than once for more shampoo and fresh towels. The shower had good hot water, but the sinks both had reducers and it made the spray so sharp that it would get your clothing wet. The bathroom faucet didn't work correctly, it leaked and it took forever for the hot water to arrive. They had a great area for walking our dog out behind the pool, but no benches outside to sit on. And the single doggie waste container was on the opposite side of the building. Our biggest frustration was the key cards. At both our room door and the exterior door of the building, it took on average 12 attempts to swipe the key card to get it to unlock. Over all it was a decent price for the suite we had, and the area was good. There is a target across the street for groceries and its on the main street with many shops and restaurants close.
