The staff at check in was great ! The staff at check out was rude ! The bed was on par for a prison bed I would know I work in one.. the noise level was bad and I will never stay there again

The fitness center was poorly maintained, there were quite a few pieces of equipment missing. Otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was lovely and helpful, and it was a terrific value for the price.

It’s a little hidden from the road but, staff was excellent, surrounding amenities is great - cute town area about a mile or so up the road. Quiet, slept great and parking lot is well lit! Perfect overnite overall. No complaints!

This is our second time staying. We have relatives we visit in Des Moines. The only down side this time was our poolside room had a machinery sound going all night. Next time we will ask for an inside room
