Nothing too spectacular about the hotel. The furnishings look old and worn in our room. The bed was hard and unforgiving which made for a restless nights sleep for both of us. Access to a parking garage directly across the street was convenient though and the ability to walk to the events center was nice. For a single overnight stay it served its purpose. If you’re looking to be impressed with the property and staff probably won’t get that.

Parked in the garage across the street from hotel. You pay to park but don't have access to the elevator. Walked 5 stories to retrieve my vehicle. I asked the attendant the night we checked in if we had access and she wasn't sure. Also, our reservation was for 3 adults with 1 using the sleeper sofa. Asked the same attendant if there were sheets for the bed and she assured us there were but when we looked for them there were none, We called the desk 2 times and it took them over 45 minutes to bring the requested items. The beds weren't comfortable and the pull out was terrible. Too expensive to stay at a place were your experience was less then perfect. Won't use this hotel again.

Had to call to get in and out of parking was not very good they should update the rooms. They also over booked our room was woken up to some other family trying to get in. Other guests were loud and not very considerate of others. Probably will not be returning

I booked here before had no problems. This time no water pressure, no soap at the sink And someone brought their large BARKING dog. Disappointed.

We had a good time staying here. The staff were very polite and chatty. The shuttle service was top notch. We enjoyed the proximity to stuff downtown. The pool was chilly but refreshing. Coffee and breakfast were great. We had a big corner room and the room was so nice. The water pressure was not the greatest and the beds were a wee bit uncomfortable.(But I love my bed at home!) Someone left a dog in a room down the hall that whines for two hours but that was not the hotels fault. It was clean and mostly comfortable and staff were great. Kimberly the shuttle driver was the best! Would stay here again as we were treated like royalty.
