The way it was set up. It was nice to have an outside entrance, and a kitchenette area. But the property is very dated and wasn't really clean. And the breakfast each morning didn't have a very good selection and if you didn't early enough there was nothing left. Not everyone gets up at 6:00 am.

The room was cold. Ground floor with thin carpet over cement slab on a cold night (below freezing). The bed has a deep valley in the middle, and the room was not that clean.

We stay for almost a week each year while in area for Beef Expo. Our bed this year was lacking as we would both roll towards middle we’re it dipped in. Had to get up reset breaker on furnace and thermostat after our room got to 64 degrees. Looks like they need better vacuums and more breakfast selections during the week. Further get someone at check in desk that doesn’t want to know my life story - just check me in!!

The room had no heat and it was 28 degrees and snowing. The phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk to get the heat fixed or at least get extra blankets. To get to the front desk I would have had to walk a considerable distance outside in the snow. When I arrived at 9pm the morning breakfast items were sitting out behind the front desk. By morning they were dry and hard. Not a good experience.

Great location. Staff were welcoming. Facility was very accommodating. Yet room cleanliness had much to be desired. In kitchen area cabinet doors had food residues on them. In kitchen and bathroom cabinets shelves were dusty; some had thicker layers of dust and possibly mold due to not being cleaned for appearently some time. It appears that rooms are only spot cleaned which allows dust to build up over time. Sad.
