I was very disappointed with the check in. Got to the Hotel well after 3:00pm. My room wasn’t close to being ready. They told me to come back in a hour. My son was sleeping in the car and wanted to lay down. We left for an hour came back and still had to wait. I wasn’t happy at all, I didn’t cause a scene, I was very patient. I felt that they should’ve offered something, gave me a discount. But they did nothing at all. Highly disappointed.

We are very sorry for rooms not being prepared. We like many other hotels are short staffed, and working to get rooms prepared as fast as we can. Again I am very sorry.

No security at night (security lock on "back" door is non functional), the staff does NOT enforce the non smoking, bathroom tile in shower area is a safety hazard. Not recommended!

I am so very sorry. We do enforce the no smoking. We have to find what room the smoke is coming from, and if we can prove it is that room we do charge them $200, and they are asked to leave. Only bad thing is we have to prove it is that room, and with a full hotel sometimes that is hard to do. We are very sorry.

It was a nice enough property with a pool and fitness room. Breakfast area wasn't very clean though.
