-14 acre private family oriented resort, Southbay by the Gulf
-Located in gated, beach-side section of resort, south of private lake
-Close to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, fishing out of Destin Harbor, numerous golf courses
-Condo (#79) is a short 3 min, 200 yard walk to the beach. (There is not a beach view. Zoom in on google satellite view below for exact location of #79 on property.)

Everyone in your party should be over 25 or be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 25. This is a family oriented resort not appropriate for spring breakers.
-No pets, no smoking. Pet and smoke free.

Great Family Place
We stayed with our three children (3, 5, and 7) and had an amazing time. It was a very quick and safe walk to the beach. We loved the large table in the dinning room. We played many games of Uno.

A slice of paradise
This condo was PERFECT! My family and I booked with Patrick for a quick visit. His communication was precise, and easy. I felt like I was chatting with a friend I'd known for years. Upon check in, the pace was comfortable, super cute and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided. The beach was everything. Walking distance from the condo. My kids loved the pool too. Such a kid friendly/family area. Loads to do around the area as well. I will definitely save this as one of my favorite spots, and book again in the future.

We came down for family wedding and this beautiful condo was located close to the venue! Also just steps to the awesome beach! Close to restaurants and shopping! Three bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely living room and dining room! Kitchen was nice and everything was very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Patrick was a wonderful host. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the property, especially the location. The property has beach access and a beach attendant, Taylor. Taylor had chairs and an umbrella set up for us and even gave us a food recommendation. 10/10
