Website says hot tub, that's only in some rooms. Didn't have coffee maker had to have them come bring me one blow dryer didn't work had to have them come bring me a new one they didn't clean my room I stayed for two nights. No refrigerator so my beer had to be warm. The walls are super thin could hear everybody having sex. Breakfast wasn't even considered breakfast you got a yogurt or banana

I have a broken leg and we got a suite due to there being a group of us in the room. which is on the third floor. There is no elevator or ramp so i had to crawl on my hands and knees up the steps. Not complaining just think a handicap ramp should be put in.

The toilet flushed very weird and there was an electrical shortage in the outlets behind the television and some of the lamps.

The ladies upon check in and check out were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. However; I had to walk up three flights of steps. When I found a couple of problems, the front desk phone was busy for about 45 minutes. I had to walk back down.. Problems immediately taken care of, but I am a 200 pound lady, a 2nd floor would have been appreciated. The tub and towels were not clean. There was a couple of towels that had skid marks. The bath walls had hair and dirt from last person. I might stay here again, but that is a big might! Again, the ladies up front were amazing..

The property was a place to lay my head but it needs updating the bathroom is worn out.. Parking was tight. Hard to find a stop to park if you come in later.

Probably the worst motel I've ever been to, couldn't spend the night there because of mold on mattresses in one room & possible bed bugs in the other. Musty smell, especially in downstairs room. No elevators, parking was awful. Staff was fine, manager worked with my sister on our issues. I would never book here again. And didn't appreciate not being able to cancel my 2nd night via Travelocity without having to rebook for one night @ $250/ night. Majority of our wedding party had to check out and find other accommodations. Unsafe part of town also.

The Wyndham and Baymont chains have always been excellent stays for us, so when our regular hotels were not available for the dates we needed, I readily accepted Travelocity's deal for this hotel. I could never be more disappointed. If there had been other options available that night, I would have found another room elsewhere, but with a huge concert, baseball game and volleyball tournament, the downtown area was pretty booked up. The hotel was musty and damp, the staff was rude, the hotel was like another hotel with an outside shell built around it. Each room had a windowlooking out into the hallway. The ice machines and vending machines did not work. Before the breakfast hours were over, the staff came out and started removing the food while people were still eating. No one smiled or said hello or anything. It was an experience that I will not be repeating in the future.

Needs upgrading

Cons: Upgrade the facility
Was very disappointed in the facility. Had the look and feel of a very cheap hotel. The facility is in terrible need of upgrading. Could only bare one night and had to move to another location.
