THE TELEPHONE NOR THE TV IN THE ROOM WORKED. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE NON SMOKE. IT SMELLS OF HEAVY CIGARETTE SMOKE. NO MAINTENANCE, HOUSEKEEPING NOR MANAGER WAS ON DUTY TO FIX THE PHONE OR THE TV. I HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS FOR THE MANAGER TO GET THERE TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED. AND HE STILL WASN'T TRYIN TO REFUND ME. I FEEL THE ONLY REASON MY REFUND IS IN PROCESS IS BECAUSE THE MANAGER HAD TO CALL THE POLICE ON A COUPLE FIGHTING IN THE LOBBY..PEOPLE HANGING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT IN THERE CARS LIKE ITS A HANG OUT SPOT..2 OTHER GUEST MADE COMPLAINTS WHILE I WAS IN THE LOBBY WAITING ON THE MANAGER TO AREIVE..SO SAD I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS FROM A NATIONAL CHAIN HOTEL..

My daughter, an myself checked in at around 11:30 pm due to flight layovers in different states. There were no towels or amenities. The woman at the front desk had a very disappointing attitude with the guests. The hotel elevator was out of service, the wifi kept no bars so my daughter couldn’t watch her iPad. I asked could we have a late check out an was told that we have to be gone by 12 the lastest they could do. They knocked an said we had to check out by 11am. an they didn’t have any free breakfast

We stayed at this property 4 years ago and loved it. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was plentiful. This time the rooms are dirty, out dated, run down. The front desk staff seemed to care less. The hotel advertised a FULL breakfast, and when we came down to eat, the dining room is dark. What we got was a "Grab and Go" bag with a water bottle, granola bar and stale muffin. I understand COVID protocols, but do not advertise a full breakfast, tell us at check in that breakfast is 7-9 am, and then have nothing to show for it. Very disappointed and will never stay here again! Then when I get home and check my credit card, I was over charged for the room about $40 per night.

When I booked the room, the website stated that breakfast was included. The front desk clerk told me that it would be a bagged to-go breakfast. However, in the morning, no breakfast was available... the front desk worker told me they were all out. There was no coffee available in the lobby, as well.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. On our website, it states that we serve grab n go bags however third party websites such as expedia has not changed the breakfast info. Grab n go runs from 7-9AM and you have to ask the front desk, first come first serve. Sorry if there was any miscommunication about this. We hope you come into the area again so we can make up for this stay. We hope to be 100% running again soon now that Covid-19 rules are lifted.

I’m sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The evening check in manager was great but everything else about my stay was subpar. Neither my room phone receiver nor the WiFi worked for me. The morning manager started calling and berating me to “leave” about 10 minutes before check-out time. The smoke smell in the halls and the cigarette butts in the elevator were the last experiences I endured on my way out when I checked out promptly at 11 am. I wanted to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt when I stated to see red flags upon arrival but the outrageously rude behavior by the morning manager was the absolute last straw for me. I will never do business with this location again and I will never recommend their business to anyone.

The overall stay was good. Was a little disappointed about the pool water being so cold. The pool heater was broke and that was the main reason i choice this hotel so my son can swim. The water was extremely cold couldn’t really enjoy it. Other then that the staff was friendly.
