There was a bed bug in are bed . It don’t make no sense to go thru this but again. This hotel let people bring there pets to the room which it could of easily came from a person or there pet . The lady at the front desk didn’t care she she showed no care in the world . Now I will be reported this right along with pictures and video that I have

It was horrible from beginning to end. When I got there Friday at 1:00 pm, they could not find my reservation through Expedia. They eventually found it and tried to tax on a early entrance fee. When done at the desk, they indicated that their "key machine" was down and it remained down most of the weekend. It meant anytime I wanted to get in my room, I had to find a staff person to let me in. It was a "residence Inn" but no plates or utencils. No safe as well. the staff was very curt. Never had as bad a weekend stay at a hotel. Did not feel safe.

Staff need customer service training urgently. The facility is Ok. We were not allow to check-in at 2 pm or to use toilet before 3 pm.

Sloppy At Best

Pros: It looked good online... the decor was modern and updated.
Cons: Abide by laws, get appropriate sized bath towels and when it is 80+ degrees outside, don't be so cheap to leave the A/C off in room.
Not impressed with a facility who starts by copying a guest's drivers license, which is illegal. As to the hotel itself, this was the first Extended Stay we'd tried, don't think we'll return. The bed was made rather messy, pillows hard, visible debris on carpet, room was so hot when we arrived we had to leave for an hour for it to cool down, and substandard sized bath towels were not impressive.
