THIS PLACE IS AWFUL DISGUSTING! I got 3 rooms before I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! I let them have my room & they asked for a 200$ deposit! Dead bugs on the wall, blood in the carpet, food on the stove, and worse all the front desk personnel admitted that she would just resale the room I didn’t like if I hadn’t touched anything! We are in a Pandemic dealing with COVID-19 & you will resale a room! At that moment I took my business elsewhere! NO DEAL IS WORTH MY HEALTH THEY DONT CLEAN & I will report to CORPORATE! DONT DO IT! This place is DIRTY AND FILTHY!

When we checked in, we were asked if the double-bed we signed up for was ok. We said it was. She asked if we wanted a larger bed. I asked if there was a price difference. My wife said that we signed up for a double-bed. So, we were given a first-floor room with a double-bed. While this hotel is rated as 3-star, that room was a 1. It was a terrible room. Spots on carpet, unmaintained room, etc. Also, the first floor halls were not clean, stairwells filthy, garbage cans in stairwells overflowing. It also appeared that people were living on that floor. I went back to the front desk to say that our room was not acceptable and it was not a 3-star. The woman at the desk said that was the reason that she offered a larger bed. She gave me a temporary key to look at a third-floor room. That room was much better. My wife and I took that room. I went to the front desk again to tell her it was much better. She said that if my wife had not made such a big deal about us wanting what we initially signed up for, she would have put it right away in the better room since, by how we were dressed (I with a suit and my wife in a dress) she knew we would not be happy with the first-floor room. Why do the clothes someone wears dictate the quality of the room they are paying for? Why does a 3-star rated hotel (by Travelocity) have 1-star rooms? This entire situation anger me.

Pictures posted make the room look bigger than it really is. The carpet in multiple areas is fraying and coming up. The woman who checked up in was not friendly or helpful at all. Gave attitude when we called to find out the wifi password which was supposed to be a free amenity. The free breakfast was disgusting and the layout was ridiculous. They also limit you to one plate nor allowed breakfast bar food in the room which i have never seen at any other hotel we have stayed at. The couch and the chair were extremely uncomfortable and the bed was also uncomfortable.the shower curtain rod mounts werent even straight! Poor craftsmanship throughout the entire room including the closet doors. They also overcharged us and it will take over 2 weeks for that to be fixed. Dont waste your time or money with this crap hotel. Spend the extra and stay at a better hotel.

My room was dirty the shower had hair on the top of it the shower was filthy I was very disappointed with the room dishes were dirty n room was very dusty
