Stayed here for the larger rooms and the pool. Pool was closed and we were never notified ahead of time.

The hotel itself, is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable! But, the wall outside our room obviously had water damage because the wallpaper was peeling up from the bottom. Our toaster didn't work and the bathroom sink stopper didn't work. Basic pandemic breakfast (Jimmy Dean sandwiches, cereal, bagels). Hotel just needed some maintenance updates. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Would recommend.

We waited 3 hours to get a room. Was told at 2:30 the manager was going to clean our room. We didn’t get into a room until 5:45. We watched multiple 2 bedroom suites get rooms even tho they got there after us. The girl at the desk was not helpful and was not helping with getting information and getting the problem fixed.

Nice place to chill before Adele!

Pros: Close to the Palace and breakfast in the morning.
Cons: The cleaning staff neglected to spot a washcloth from the prior guests. Need to pay a bit more attention to detail.
Location: Near the Palace, only 4 miles away.
We were able to check in about 45 minutes early, room was clean, lots of seating and just a great place to relax prior to the Adele concert. Beds were comfy.
