The "Big Easy" in Ferndale

This beautiful colonial home sits in the heart of Ferndale just a couple of blocks from Woodward. While staying in this spacious, well-appointed home you have your choice of preparing a home-cooked meal or heading out to try some of the best breweries and restaurants Michigan has to offer. The coffee shops and nighttime fun attract people from all over to this amazing little town. If you are seeing a show or sporting event downtown, this home is only a 15-minute drive to Detroit.

Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a smart TV to stream your favorite shows, comfy beds, fresh linens, a full-size washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a great front porch, and a spacious backyard for entertaining. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, so we do not allow parties or events to take place at the home. You must be courteous to the neighbors at all times.

There is a driveway to the right of the house that fits 2 cars in tandem but if you need extra parking, parking is permitted on the road. The unit is fully accessible via a smart lock at the front door. A unique code is provided for each guest.

- Two dogs are okay upon approval (2 max)
- $150 Non-refundable pet fee per pet
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25

This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. Also, by booking, you are giving this third-party permission to screen your identity and check it against their guest register and criminal databases.
