When we got there and they claimed we only rented one double room. The confirmation numbers did not march the email received

I would not recommend this Super 8 property. Our room was far from clean. All three lamp shades from the wall fixtures were all missing. Food was splattered on the wall and all over the carpet. The only area in the room I would say was actually clean was the bathroom. I’d never return.

I noticed the electrical outlets were loose. Trying to plug in my phone charger or CPAP, the cord ends almost fell out of the wall sockets at the light between the beds and the wall plugs. The carpet seam was very visible and frayed. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay and I will stay with them again

Abysmal place if you really need rest.

Pros: The room was clean. The pillows were so comfortable
Cons: Brighten up the halls, stairs and refurbish the entry and breakfast area. Provide a TV guide or better yet have the guide list through the TV.
Location: There was a guide of places to see and shop in the room. Lots of gift shops near by. few places to eat within walking distance.
the place was so noisy. Doors slamming all night long. Trains and loud trucks often. Hallways and stairs were dark. Entry and breakfast area were gloomy. Complimentary breakfast from 5:30 til 9:30. when on vacation who wants to get up early for breakfast. It would have been nice to have a TV guide There was no way besides clicking through all the channels to see what was on. The furniture had holes drilled into it.Over all the place looked shabby and dark.

Hello Kay, We are glad to hear from you, and sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations. We are trying hard and putting all our effort to make our guest's stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately we can not do anything with train noise. We do start early breakfast everyday because of we have lots of construction workers during weekdays and they all appreciate for early breakfast, also we do keep our breakfast until 10 am on weekends so everyone can get enough time to sleep and don't miss the breakfast, we have recently updated all our rooms and breakfast area as well. We have a information directory in room with all local and hotels TV guide and internet help. We will look into more details and try to improve ourselves. Thanks once again for your concern and we are sorry. Hopefully we can serve you better in future if you give us one more chance. Thanks Management Super 8 Perham
