They need some major maintenance in the rooms & bathrooms. I have stayed at several and everything was just fine. I will think twice before booking a Comfort Inn again.

The bed was comfortable. The floor and room were very dirty and turned your socks dirty to be barefoot.

This property has a serious staffing issue that is having a severe negative impact on their ability to serve their customers. If you don’t have adequate staffing then you need to reduce the number of rooms you rent out

Our 5 day hotel stay.

Pros: They had a good variety of food for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons: Some appreciation and concern for their guests.
Location: Easy access off the interstate. There is a dinosaur museum nearby. All restaurants and stores are close.
I booked this hotel because of the children's pool area for my 2 and 4 year old grandchildren. When we arrived, we were told the children's pool was down for refurbishing. They said it was on their web page, but I said it was not on any of the booking sites. The worker acted like it was not their job to inform any 3rd party sites, which angered me because they take the bookings. We were very disappointed, but thought we could use the shallow end of the big pool and the hot tub. The first day, they had workers sanding fiberglass in the pool area instead of outside. When we reported it, they moved us to another room because of the air conditioner pulling in the dust. On the second day they were painting moveable mushrooms by the pool area instead of outside. The other days they were painting or varnishing without any ventilation. The workers all wore jumpsuit coveralls with masks and I thought they put all guests at risk for health concerns because of no ventilation. I don't think they realized the seriousness of the situation. I think they could have put more emphasis on health concerns and made the workers use other areas or outside. I know they have to do upgrades, but I think more consideration for the guests' health should have been used.

Very nice place!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Great staff and breakfast. I like this place! The rates are fair considering it's in the oil boom area. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Just installed new doors and locks...looks good.
