Staff failed to inform me the pool room was closed for repairs despite knowing so 3 days before my reservation. They did not tell me when we arrived. Did not tell me til we looked at it. They had no internet wifi available. Again staff informed us.

It was clean and well kept in the bed and pillows were very comfortable. On check in and check out when asked about a late check out or splitting the bill they said I would have to ask the stuff in the morning but in the morning it was the same staff who still didn’t know how to answer my questions. The breakfast was OK but they quickly ran out of items that were not replenished.

There was a huge line at check in, the breakfast was nothing fancy, and they were trying to double charge my card for the stay

Our room had 2 tv's,. The one in the sitting area did not work properly. We called the front desk and they came and fixed it. The air conditioner was leaking around the bedroom area. They changed us to a different room.
