I stayed at this hotel for the first time in Sept. 2018 just for 1 night and the second time in Dec 2018 for 5 nights. Overall the services are great, the staffs are friendly especially the owner, the lobby just a little dusty during the construction while I was there (relocating the meeting room to the top floor I think), I would recommend this hotel from location, view of Nhat Le river to the ocean, services and price.

We stayed here only about 5 hours. We checked in super late, past midnight. We got into our room and it smelled like smoke. We dealt with it because we were going to check out early the next day anyway. The shower did not have any hot water. It was a place to lay our heads for a decent price.

Jag vet inte om vi hade otur eller inte, men när vi var där så verkade det vara någon typ av affärskonferens samtidigt för det kryllade av folk i orangea kläder. Dessa människor brydde sig inte ett dugg om att det kunde finnas andra på hotellet för de skrek i korridorerna och bankade på dörrar. Det är kanske inte hotellets fel, men eftersom det gick att höra ljud (oljud) från vartenda hörn i byggnaden, så borde personalen också vetat om detta och meddelat sina gäster att hålla sig lite tystare. T.ex. i restaurangen på morgonen gick det inte att vistas på grund av allt oljud. I övrigt var frukostbuffén en vietnamesisk arbetarbespisning (mer som en skolkantin) än frukost för hotellgäster. Så nej, det måste finnas bättre ställen än såhär i mysiga Dong Hoi, så leta vidare!
