Welcome to your hill country getaway. The ranch guest house is built hillside with a bridge so both the house and pool area (outdoor kitchen) are wheelchair friendly! The newly built guest house is waiting for you with flat screen HDTV's in every room, queen beds in both bedrooms, large living / kitchen / dining open floor plan, free WIFI and dish network for the flat screen tv's. The views are amazing! Sunsets are gorgeous! Bring a camera. Great picture opportunities. The sounds of the wildlife are awesome! We are close to many wedding venues and wineries. Helicopter tours are available for additional fee (depending on weather). Ask owner for details.

This property is located on a large tract of land with a Hilltop one side of the hilltop is the Guesthouse the other side is the owner's house the pool area is in the middle there is an outdoor kitchen with bathroom next to the pool

The owner does not use the pool area when there are guests in the guest house

The owner typically travels most weekends

Most pets are welcome they must remain off of the furniture and out of the pool at anytime. All pets must remain on a leash when they are outside of the house there is livestock on the property
