I think you should have more free shuttle service to & fro from the Dubai mall at different timings. Other than that hotel & staff are very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

I Stayed at this Hotel 2nd time but this experience was no where close to our 1st time stay. Hotel WiFi was not connecting to I-phones and it gave trouble through out our stay. Breakfast was average and kitchen staff never greeted any of us. Overall service was not good. I brought my brother and his wife to stay at this hotel but they were also disappointed after what I have told them regarding my first stay with this hotel.
