I book and requested a non smoking room and was put on a smoking floor where i had to study for a test and smelled aweful smoke and cigerettes. Waited to talk to a manager that was not able to talk to me as they were in a meeting. left and called back 3 hours later to request a credit. Manager confirmed a 50 percent refund that was supposed to be confirmed in an Email. No email yet. I will wait 3-5 days for credit in my bank statement. Then I would change my experience to good Customer service. Thank you!
