One of the reasons I booked this place was b/c of the advertising of parking. There was paid street parking and I was told there was availability in an ally at the back of the house which I could never find. The shower was also a disappointment. The water never got hot and it had terrible water pressure.

The property itself and the location are fantastic. Really lovely host and overall a great experience. My only one comment is that the wall was quite thin in my room and i was kept awake until 3 am by the neighbour guest shouting on his phone all night but there will always be inconsiderate people in the world! Fab house and beautiful place to stay. I will come again

Comfortable stay. Netflix in the room , fast wifi, very basic breakfast however ALDI supermarket is just walking distance from the Guesthouse.

The property was lovely and warm and welcoming with a nice cup of tea and coffee on arrival. However the Expedia booking clearly states breakfast was included as that is what I put in my search. It turns out there was a selection of cereals & fruit ,yogurts in a small kitchen with nowhere specific to eat it,so maybe would be better off stating no breakfast on booking. As I wanted a full breakfast and would have paid more for it. Our room was lovely,overlooking the garden,all spotlessly clean but unfortunately the next morning the shower was absolutely freezing & no hot water from the tap either. This was a shame as we thought the guest house was beautiful.
