Terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I booked this hotel and arrived around 7pm. when I arrived, i was told my room was not ready and left to wait for 20 mins. The manager then told me they had over booked and there was no room for me. This was at 7pm, they had ample time to contact me so i could alter my plans. They obviously hoped i would not turn up. I was then sent to a differnt, much cheaper hotel despite not being refunded what i had paid for this hotel. On top of this, the manager ran away to a back room and refused to deal with my issue. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel and good to be back at Croke park
Had stayed here before but it was the wife’s first time and have to say we were very pleased with our stay. It was a short stay but we will be back, staff where lovely and was nice to be called by my name and not sir, also the wife thought it was a good hotel.

Amazing hotel. Super clean, spacious and friendly staff. Was also given a free room upgrade and access to the executive lounge for partners birthday. 5*

Great hotel Thomas the receptionist was very nice and welcoming gave us some great restaurant suggestions even the restaurant and bar at the hotel were very good abd great service. Its a 15 min walk to downtown. Highly recommend to stay here very comfortable King size bed very big bathroom and super CLEAN!
