The unit is the old town. Finding the place can be a challenge during a day and nearly impossible at night. Fortunately, the host will meet you at the Pila and get you to the place. You can walk, use the bus to get around the town or go to the top of the hill, if you are looking for a nice hike and view. Bring water!

This hotel was such a great experience. Nikolina, the owner, sent me an email as soon as I booked introducing herself, directions on how to get there and offering airport transportation as well as transportation for tours. The hotel was located on a quiet street and while it's not near a city gate, the town is small enough that within 10 minutes you're there. There was a bit of confusion on my end since Google maps showed me a dead end and there weren't any dead ends but upon reaching out to her she happily came to pick me up two blocks away. I saw her do the same on several occasions with other guests. After I arrived, she walked me through the restaurants and places to visit, spoke to me about the tours and even helped me out with a car rental (MAC Rentals, highly recommended). The room was pretty unique with exposed rock but modern and was always cleaned during the day. When I was leaving, Nikolina even offered to look for the bus schedule for me and throughout the week when I ran into her we would always have a conversation about my day. I would revisit with my family and highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
