It was fine. The only thing I would say due to the severe cold maybe turning heat on a bit before arrival as it took quite awhile to warm the room. Maybe that isn’t doable due to not knowing our arrival time.

Hello Kathy, Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

Wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed but it was cheap. Front desk area is very small and no one was upfront to check me in
