I missed my check in time and didnt like the location at all. I found a room cheaper but was still charged the full fee for the room. I was unaware that if I missed my check in time I would still be charged. It will never happen again. I will never use this hotel or this site for planning. Never again and ask that be removed from receiving any email from this site.

I am sorry you didn't get a chance to stay with us. We don't have a specific check-in time, otherthan any time after 3:00 PM reservation arrival date. We would have loved an opportunity to be of service to you. We were sold out, and as is our practice, we attempted to contact you, and left a message at 7:00 pm on the date of arrival verifying you would be coming and about what time we could expect you. Since we did not hear back from you and you guaranteed the reservation, we held the room for late arrival. Unfortunately we had to bill for the night whether you showed up for your stay or not. We could have rented it to another person had you contacted us back after receiving our message and would not have had to bill you. You could have cancelled your room without penalty through Travelocity. We hope you can understand and will give us another opportunity in the future.
