There was a homeless person in a tent right outside our first room. The smoke detector was torn out. They moved us to the 2nd floor. The room smelled like dogs. When we got back for the night we realized the door wouldn’t lock and the tv didn’t work. There was gum stuck on the elevator button. The temp control was torn off if the wall. Place is gross. I want my money back. What do I need to do to get a refund?

Clean, quiet, and friendly service. Disappointed that I was told breakfast on Saturday AM was till 10:00. Didn't make it down till 9:45 but hot entrées were empty with little other available. No plain creamer - bin was empty. Attendant was mopping floor. If breakfast is served till 10 then there should be full breakfast till 10. Or at least tell me that breakfast is first come, first serve. And food might not be available till 10.

There was no staff had to call out. They were not friendly. Gave us a room with one bed. Reservation was for 2 beds. Sold out just said couch pulls out to a bed. Because I used Travelocity they could not issue a discount or refund.

There is more not like than like. Parking area was torn up, hard to park. Our room had no cups or coffee when we checked in on Tuesday. Came back Wednesday evening, no clean towels, bed had not been made, trash hadn't been emptied, no coffee or cups. Could barely get in the bed because it was so high. Will not be staying there anymore.

Because of the nearby casino, the room was priced at double its true value. Absolutely no amenities…no local guide, no TV info, the snacks downstairs consisted of peanut butter crackers and popcorn. Noisy toilet, antique mattress…like sleeping on a trampoline.
