Relax with the whole family in this traditional 2 bedroom house in Langley Park, a short drive from Durham City.
As you enter, there is a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom and 2 reception rooms. Upstairs is a large bedroom with king size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a family bathroom. The sitting room has patio doors to a garden. At the front is space to park a car in front of the garage.
The house is perfect for a family of 4. We do have an extra single bed that could be put into the double bedroom upstairs for an additional child.
2 TVs available with Freeview channels. Wifi access.
The dining table can be extended and set up to seat up to 8 people.
The upstairs bathroom comprises toilet, sink and bath. The downstairs bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and sink.
All bedding and towels will be available for each guest. Toiletries provided.
The kitchen has a hob and oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a tumble drier in the entrance porch.
Guests will have full access to whole house.
