A wonderful Cape Christmas
This house is the perfect home away from home for a family gathering. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and has plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is perfectly suited to prepare meals for a large family. All of our family was comfortable and commented on how outstanding the house was. This house made our Christmas away feel like being at home. Kathy, the host, is responsive and accommodating. Other family who have stayed in other houses, also noted how this house was above and beyond what they have seen or expected. Kudos to Kathy!

Lovely Home for a Group Trip
Our group of 7 adults had a lovely week at Kathleen's house. Kathleen was a responsive host who quickly resolved a small issue (a fire alarm battery replacment) and the home is exactly as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out and spend time together.

Fantastic family vacation spot
This lovely home in East Falmouth was a wonderful spot for our family gathering for the second year in a row. It's very clean, beautifully decorated, great location, and plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful home for family vacation
My family had a wonderful week in this house. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen for making family dinners! The access to the pool club was an added bonus with many beautiful beaches around.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
This home is spacious and well appointed in every way, it’s beautifully decorated in bright and cheerful colors. The layout was perfect for our family. Our son, daughter-in-law, and their three children had privacy in the upstairs quarters and my husband and I had the same in the downstairs master bedroom suite. There were lots of children’s books and toys and the basement home theater and game room was awesome. We enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen. Any family would be happy with this lovely home! And there’s use of the clubhouse pool nearby. Kathleen was responsive to any questions we had. A sure bet!

Falmouth retreat
My family and I stayed in this house for the week. The house was very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The neighbors were great. The distance to the beaches were short and there are a lot of beaches. Kathy was very attentive to questions we had. She responded immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Plenty of room
Beautiful home in residential area, close to the main road toward small towns and the ferry to Marthas Vineyard. It was raining and windy for most of our 5 day stay due to remnants of hurricane Ian. But we were comfortable and cozy, nice fireplace, well-appointed kitchen and lots of space! Cathy was always very responsive!

Birthday Getaway
My college friends and I spent 4 nights here. We loved the house. It was comfortable and very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting out back after a day of sightseeing. We had no problem communicating with our host. It was the perfect place for our getaway and celebration of 52 years of friendship.
