Great location

Great location for shopping/ town. Easy bus ride to south beach or oak bluff. Muffins and coffee for breakfast a plus. Nice pool. Rooms simply need repair and updating.

The hotel's location is in a perfect location to food, shopping and bars. Wonderful friendly staff!! The muffins and coffee in the morning as well as the warm chocolate chip cookies and milk in the evening were a perfect touch!!! We will make The Kelley House our summer destination each year!!

Nice homey touch

Pros: Location, furniture in room, lobby with fireplace, free car parking, and a friendly staff. They also offered bikes to rent.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Near all the activities in Edgartown. One could walk to the dock, church, stores, restaurants,etc
In the morning there was hot coffee, tea, and muffins waiting for the guests in the lobby. In the evening there were warm chocolate chip cookies and cold milk. Did we feel welcomed? The ambiance was wonderful. We also enjoy a delicious meal at the pub attached to the Kelley House. It was the original Kelley Hotel in 1742. Lots of atmosphere. It is opened year round so many locals frequent it. The location of the Kelley House was perfect. With their three parking lots there was no need to use the car.

Great value at a good price and the staff is second to none!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
We enjoyed our first night so much we decided to stay another night. The beds are awesome. Very clean and comfortable. We (3 couples) highly recommend this hotel when staying on Martha's Vineyard.

Perfect fit for us

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, clean
The Kelley House is a beautiful, historic hotel that was both charming and welcoming. Stephen, the manager, did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. My husband liked the morning muffins and coffee as well as the evening chocolate chip cookies and milk. I liked the friendly service and suggestions of the staff and the home-like appointments in our large room. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Martha's Vineyard.
