Waterfront nature retreat, contemporary home w/ pier by Annapolis. Pet Friendly!

Waterfront home in a private location. Home features contemporary architecture with vaulted ceilings and post and beam construction. Entering the home there is a large foyer and laundry room/mud room. You can walk out to the waterfront deck which has an outdoor couch. Upstairs is the open floor plan living area, the views are beautiful overlooking the natural landscape to Whitemarsh Creek off the Rhode River. The sunny kitchen has everything you'll need plus the screened porch and deck for outdoor dining. The living room has a large sectional couch, gas fireplace and large tv. Private pier with 5 ft water depth, fire pit area, a great place to relax!

Well equipped property that felt like a vacation home with the waterfront, screened in porch for dining and 3 story style.
