I arrived early and thought I'd have to leave my luggage (which would have been fine), But the very nice man at the front desk was able to check me in and I was able to catch the bus and head into Edinburgh for a few final hours before my flight home the next morning. The hotel was close to both the tram and the Airport 100 bus route. It was clean and comfortable. I t was a little pricey for 1 night but not really any better or worse than other hotels proximate to the airport.

I did not like that the A/C was not working in the room I was given, so I had to request firmly to be removed to another room. This was done, but I was lucky, as they had only one unoccupied room to spare.

Due to ongoing maintenance work on our Air conditioning system, we could only provide rooms with either fans or portable ac units. The room was spacious and nice. However, the weather was quite warm and the room was extremely warm. They do not have AC that works. The wall units are old and do not function well and are extremely noisy.(at least in my room) They said all rooms are the same and that the building is old. This made the stay uncomfortable, couldn't sleep. Also, they charge for WiFi. I had stayed in B&B all over Scotland and had free WiFi. I book the last night at a Marriott to be near the airport and they charge for WiFi. ??? I will say, the breakfast buffet was excellent.
