Great room. Self service not great.
The room itself was very nice, clean and compact. We stayed in a room with a king size bed. The bed was very comfortable. The room was great. The hotel is self service and doesn’t have a front desk. This proved to be the downfall during our stay as we needed to talk to someone on a few occasions because the front door wasn’t closing. The phone number provided has limited office hours. We tried to call during office hours several times and no one was picking up for a good 45min. The online messaging system works, one time we got a response quickly. On another occasion, we had to for a while. If you’re okay without service, this would be a great stay.

Truly Enchanting
The Walker room at Eleven Stafford St. was truly the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. It was clean, had everything I needed, and it was in a great location for walking to most everywhere I needed to be. I highly recommend this property, and I hope I can come back to it someday. The business is generous as well; the room was incredibly affordable for such elegance and provision. I was blessed by the experience— THANK YOU!

Lovely property but exterior needs more identifiable address as we walked right by it. Walls a bit scuffed and evidence of old water damage on ceiling in spite of recent renovations.

We were in the entry level Manor Room. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of space for 2 people relative to our last two hotel stays on this trip. Handy to everything.

Understand that they need to do virtual check-in because there is no lobby but there is also no luggage room or much of anything else. The room is rather small and Spartan but the location is good -- Not far from the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.
