A nice enough hotel, but it really does need a facelift including the leisure facilities. I believe some rooms are in the process of being upgraded, but unfortunately not the one we had, although our en-suite was modern and clean. Our bed was a bit on the low side for us and having stayed at other premier hotels with good comfy beds, this one was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was ok and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Don’t rely on the WiFi, the room we were in on the 4th floor the WiFi signal couldn’t even open emails.

Easy access to city due to public transport. Huge benefit was having parking. Hotel was clean but bathroom and pool area in need of TLC. Looks like a lot of money has been spent on reception and bar area to detriment of rooms but aware they have been refurbishing so this may still be ongoing.
