"We had an excellent stay at this property. The house has amazing ocean views and beautiful interior design. It was so relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing down at night. All of the beds and couches were very comfortable. Something worth noting is that the beds weren’t made upon arrival. Clean sheets were left on top of the beds for you to make. This was kind of a bummer since we had a very long drive down from Massachusetts with small children and the last thing I wanted to do was make beds. However, it was nice to know that the sheets were clean! Washer and dryer were convenient and complimentary tide pods and dryer sheets were a great touch! The kitchen has plenty of seating at the island as well as the dining table. There is a pantry to store items. Grocery store is within close walking distance as well as a gas station. A beach bar with outdoor seating and gift shop is located a few steps away. My only concern was that the covered deck on the second level (off of the kitchen) seemed to be missing a lower wire which made me nervous with our 2 and 3 year olds going out there. It wasn’t a very large gap but we have small children and they could have potentially fit through the opening. Overall though, this house was even nicer than I was expecting. The beach is great, house is gorgeous, furniture is comfortable. I would enthusiastically recommend this property and would definitely stay here again."

"This was the best vacation spot. The house is well kept and just a five minute drive from the beach. The house is very spacious. Really quiet neighborhood. Kimber is a great host that keeps in touch and answers questions in a timely manner. We plan to return soon."

"Listing is accurate. House was clean and comfortable. Deck looks at the ocean with plenty of space to relax. Deck has gates which kept puppies safe. Ocean a few steps from the house. Perfect for beach walks, shell and sand dollar hunting (found plenty). Shore fishing was fun. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation"

"First time in decades of visiting Edisto that we've stayed right by the grocery store, coffee shop, Waterfront, Sea Cow, etc. rather than farther down the beach. It was amazingly convenient and the views from both sides of the house are lovely. The house itself was very comfy, a bit smaller than some places we've rented but roomy enough for the two of us. Seemed quite new and modern, great light (both from the fixtures and the natural window light) and everything functioned well. Nice beds. Ideally, we'd have liked a King bed rather than Queen but the master bedroom was a bit too small for one. That is pretty much our only minor quibble."

"We had an awesome time! Ocean front location was perfect to all restaurants and The Grocery store. Weather was beautiful and cold. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious back porch and walks on the beach! The staff was great! We’ll be going back in the future!"

"Sea Sea Rider was the perfect spot for our get away Thanksgiving weekend. Beautifully decorated condo that is close to beach and shops. Fully stocked kitchen to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner! Highly recommend for a fun time at Edisto Beach."
