The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with the room. The room was very clean, setup really nicely and beautiful big window. I was disappointed as one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the hot tub and when we arrived we were told the hot tub was out of srervuce and had been for a while. This was disappointing as I may have decided to change my accommodations based on this information. Overal, the stay was pleasant. Great hotel to be able to walk into downtown Edmonton.
