The resort is beautiful, the rooms were clean. We are experienced travelers, this resort is far away from a 5 star resort. We stayed 5 days in a king Beach room and five days in water Villa. Both beautiful rooms with spectacular views. The staff was amazing and always willing to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast is the same every morning, the quality is not the best. The evening are dreadful, no initiatives no entertainment and nothing to do after dinner. All the restaurants were just ok nothing spectacular. A 10 ounce diet Coke will cost you almost $5 USD at the resort. If you walk to Abby a little shop at the Marina crossroad you can get the same for $1.50 USD. Everything was Just ok until the last day. The night before I asked for a late check-out because our flight was at 6:30pm. Initially they said no because they had already assigned the room to another guest. Fine.. no big deal. The next day they said I could stay for late check-out if I paid $150 ++ I politely declined, paid my balance and checked out at 12pm. My husband and I decided to walk around the crossroad marina we found a shaded breezy spot and stayed there for almost 4 hours killing time until it was time for our drop-off at the airport. We arrived at the embarking port and gave our room number an employee received a phone call stating that we had an outstanding balance. I assured him that it was a mistake and showed him my receipt of checkout and payment.

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your review. We are a 4 star hotel, working hard to better serve our guests. I am pleased that you enjoyed the rooms. I am sorry you did not enjoy the breakfast, I believe there are enough items on the buffet to make your own variety. I am not sure when you stayed with us but we are now starting with cinema evenings, a variety of bands, etc. I am sorry that you were stopped on embarking the boat, that should not have happened of course.
