I made a reservation for a room with one king size bed with a pullout couch. I was not told at check in my room was a two queen bed room. Didn’t know until I opened the door to the room. At check in other Hampton Inns offered a complementary bottle water. Nothing was offered. Disappointing

Excellent "full" continental breakfast (eggs, sausages, juices, muffins, coffees, etc.) - the best part of the trip.
