Airport Road

Pros: The evening staff was polite and helpful. Can say the same for the morning staff. Room was adequate except the pillows.
Cons: Look at what I said about the experience and you can figure that out.
When they said it was on Airport road they didn't say it was right up against the airport and located where we had a helicopter testing it's engines right outside our room it sounded like. And this was still going on after 10 pm. And their breakfast was a real joke. They had one coffee pot, regular 10 or 12 cup drip. A few pieces of white bread, no fruit, no pastries, totally lacking in quality and quantity. Guess we should have felt lucky there was enough coffee for us to fill our two cups. Never saw worse pillows in a motel. Two of them together was still not enough to make one half decent pillow.

We have already upgraded and remodeled our continental room for a more pleasant experience and expanded breakfast selection. Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient

If you're flying into the Imperial County Airport, this is a great overnighter. The rooms are very clean, very quite, and the beds are very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is good. Certainly not a 5 star, but a good value. There's an avis and a hertz rental car facility within walking distance of the hotel, and frankly, having the ability to see my plane from my hotel room was very comforting.

great value

The hotel is under new management and the owner and staff were great. The new owner is putting a lot of improvements and up keep into it and I'm sure it will be even nicer as time goes by. great value.

Pleasant Stay

Even though the Hotel is still undergoing construction, it's overall appearence is a major change from what is was, which is is very good thing. My stay was even more pleasant now than last year.
