The staff wasn’t willing to work with me on a late check in . I had made reservations and checked in the AM . I had toddler with me , I was very exhausted . I had to leave and look for another room . Staff said they were only following policy

was told pool was open. it was closed for chemical treatment. i specifically looked for hotel with open pool. no pets allowed!! i usually travel with my dog.! cold water. let water run for a significant amount of time. still cold. toilet did not flush. had to take top iff and manually flush. other than that friendly staff. comfortable room. hotel paid for cab to airport at 3:45 a.m.! felt safe. 2 restraunts across parking lot. walkable.

This hotel needs to be cleaned! It looks like it hasn't seen a vacuum in about 1 year, the bathroom had dried mucus on the sink, tissues pulled out of the holder and the bed was undone.. as though it was never turned over. I was accommodated and got a different room and it was just as bad there was a brown stain (looked like feces) on the wall and the floor was filthy, sink was cracked as well as the toilet lid. The outside doors that give access to the hotel were either broken and you cant enter with a key card.. or you didn't need a key card at all the door lock was busted giving general access to whomever walks by! A complete disaster. DO NOT book at this hotel.

Needs some tlc throughout the property and the rooms. Hotel wasn’t as clean as I’m used to, I’m sure I had poo on my bathroom wall and the tub didnt drain so I showered on ankle deep water. Breakfast was okay, I had whole fruit and some juice as nothing else was appealing. Either way, hotel was quiet, minutes from Ft Bliss and the airport so no complaints there. Also all the food locations are within walking distance as well. Tracie checked me in and was amazing. All in all not that worst stay and my complaints are minor compared to what they could’ve been.

Nice lobby. Good breakfast set up Front door not operational during stay - had to be manually slid open. Main elevator not operational first day. Insufficient signs showing lobby/elevator location. Cart difficult to roll. Room # not recorded when scheduling shuttle. No help offered to bring bags to shuttle, to/from room. Mold in shower. Double bed in room instead of queen bed per reservation.
