Our room was for handicapped My complaint was about restroom When showering a lot of the water sent to all over restroom floor I slipped and fell . It was uncomfortable showing at night and in the morning I did go in with staff and they made a note of it Hopefully they’ll let the manager know cause there wasn’t one on Duty ..

The room was clean. It was supposed to be an accessible room. It was not ADA compliant. If some one was in a wheel chare the only accessible part was the bathroom and entry. We where not in wheel chair but have mobility limitations. Not all the outlets worked. The left side of bed would not work. We mentioned this to the front desk and they said they let the manager know. They did nothing about lights not working or the dead outlet. We had to by extension cords to be able to run our CPAPS to be able to sleep. Then in the morning I had a cold shower. We decided not to stay the second night and checked out. We handed them the keys and did not get a receipt at check out. They asked how the stay was and why we where leaving early. We told them of the difficulties and was once again told they would let the manager know. We did not get a receipt. We where about 200 miles down the road and finally heard from the manager by phone. She said there was not problems and said you must not have switches the correct switches correctly. (I'm an electrician and for the cold shower I had the valve moved to all possible positions.) She then asked if we where wanting to check out. I explained we had already done so. We handed the keys in and did not get a receipt. She informed me at that time that we had not and would not reimburse us for the second night. We didn't think they would. There accessible rooms are not ADA compliant. I do not recommend then at all.

Place was remodled and clean. I was surprised to get a hot breakfast, and I'm not talking waffle maker. We had eggs, sausage, potatoes and bisquits with gravy that was very warm. Nice place for the price. Biggest dislike was the blanket choice. It was no more than a thick sheet. Basically it was a bed spread meant as a dust cover for blanket that didn't exist. We were cold, but we could have used the heat even though it was 75 outside. We had it on 70 which would have been perfect with a blanket to snuggle in. Vent in restroom made a ton of noise, and is not on a separate switch. As previously mentioned, bathtub squeaks, and elevator is worrysome. It would have been nice to have wash cloths and in room coffee, but overall we really enjoyed the stay and the price.
