I loved the architecture and theme of the hotel was beautiful. I loved the large rooms and the bathroom was my favorite. Actually, it was the reason I chose the hotel and I was not disappointed. Extremely close to the airport and restaurants as well. This hotel reminds me of the old days. When you make requests for towels, linens, or maintenance. A person actually comes and delivers what you requested. I haven't stayed in a hotel like this in a long time. Most hotels you have to go get everything yourself and walk it back to your room. I will stay here every time I visit El Paso.

Convenient in and out. Dogs allowed. Transfers to airport. Very comfortable bed and quiet room However, even though we paid $75.00 for our pet, there were no bowls for water or food

Loved the room. Great layout. The tv and a lamp were not plugged in when we got there, but overall very nice stay.

Would not stay again. Housekeeping always forgot something when cleaning the room (i.e. towels). Pool is by appointment only with limited hours and no guests allowed. Gym was not clean, front desk staff could be more courteous. Also, there's no dresser to store clothes.
