Manager is unfriendly

We got to the room and the carpet needs to be replaced it is very shoddy there is no Kleenex in any of the rooms throughout the hotel when I took a shower the next morning come to find out there was mold on the shower curtain the person that checked us in was actually the manager and was very unhelpful did not speak very good English did not help us we asked for an extra towel he said he’d have to go wash them and it would take 30 minutes or so but upon check out the lady who came in and was there at 6 AM was wonderful We explained our situation and she apologized and she she deserves to be recognized for having to put up with all the customers complaints in the mornings after check out it is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and the manager said that they were not going to ever do anything to upgrade I would take this off your Travelocity and not recommend it to anyone
